The Weather Channel forecasts June 2 HD debut

It seems like ages since the appeal of the Weather Channel in HD first came up, but it looks like the wait may be drawing to an end. While we’ve been mildly sated by the upconverted programming and limited HD graphics, the network is finishing up construction of its new HD production facility this month.
